- Was the most disgusting Indian we've EVER had. I couldn't eat my curry - just the rice and naan bread. Won't order from there again!!! The butter chicken was disgusting and was watery and the lamb korma - well let's just say I'm not sure if it was lamb and it certainly didn't look or taste like a korma!

- Good quality food and pretty good value for money. However, we ordered for pick up online and went after the time it said it would be ready by, and was still waiting for roughly 10-15 mins... Only criticism I have - would definitely recommend

Usually we pick up our orders, however this time we decided on delivery. The delivery estimate was 7:40pm, and the food arrived at 7:41pm - Outstanding!

- Very bland tasteless generic curry. We ordered Chicken Karai and Jalfrezi and they tasted identical and had no depth or real flavour. We had a small bit of each and then threw them away. Won't ever be using them again.

- Great being able to order online and nominate a time to pick up. Pickup times could be in a bigger range starting from 6pm, Food was terrific, always the best from Masala. Easily fed 17 people. It was ready on time, hot and staff assisted with carrying it to the car. Wonderful food and wonderful service. We will be back.

- Never had bad service from here until now. The restaurant called us to asked if we had correct change and we no, we have a $50 note. when the food was dropped off the man was not only rude to us, he also didn't have the change from a $50 so we have no choice to forfeit the money. Luckily it was only a few dollars but he claims he wasn't told that we needed change. Really rude and poor customer service! Either the driver was just thieving money off customers or the restaurant really need to improve their communication skills!

- Ordered the food and received a confirmation text that the food would be with us in an hour, an hour an ten later I called and was told it was five minutes away, called again twenty minutes later and the food eventually arrived an hour and 45 minutes after we ordered. Aside from the starters being cold the food wasn't bad

- We have had one meal from here and so our review is based on this.
We ordered online for an approximate delivery time of our choosing.
We received a call to confirm our order and to ensure we had the monies to pay as we were settling in cash.
The meal was delivered on time and with a smile.
Our meal was hot in temperature, tasty, not too garlicky, had lots of meat in and was generous in portion size.
On the whole it was a fantastic meal and would go so far as to say one of the best we've had.
We will definitely be eating from here again.
