- Steak was overcooked but the mushroom sauce was delicious!!! The food was delivered nice and hot and not soggy at all... The donuts were a bit dense - but TBH we shouldn't have ordered them in the first place - so serves us right lol

- Hate to do this but unfortunately it wasnt pleasant...the pizza itself was very average (had a 'powdery' flavour from either the base itself or the tomato paste used) and either the pizzas or the garlic bread left our kids with food poisoning during the night and next day :(

- The pizza was ready on time, however none of the exclusions or additions were considered. We asked for no onion and anchovies and requested pineapple and our pizza came with onion and anchovies and no pineapple. The mushrooms on the capricciosa were excessive and sickening. The dog got half the pizza, at least she appreciated it! Overall a very sad experience, we won't be returning to Mathews or eatnow.

- VERY BAD!!! Ordered a steak RARE WHICH SHOULD BE RED IN THE MIDDLE!!! As any chef or cook knows yet received medium well so contacted the shop they sent another on arrival checked it in front of delivery driver was well done!!! The driver rang his boss then passed the phone to me.... I told him rare is red in the middle he told me I quote " I've been doing this 7 yrs this is not a 5 star restaurant!"" So after he was so very rude I returned the favour... has no customer service and can't cook

- I ordered a aussie, Hawaii and a garlic pazza tonight. When I picked it up it was cold, dried out and there wasn't much toppings on them. The garlic tasted like cardboard.
