- Came at just about the quoted time, no major dramas there.
Have never eaten Camelot Pizza before and had no idea of the sizes which are not listed in inches or cm. So when I saw 4 prices quoted from Petite through to Large I ordered a Large thinking it would be good for 4, with a slice or two spare for a next day snack. It was enough, mainly due to how much shredded meat was piled on top, not due to the size. Large Garlic Cheese Bread was the same size.
Quality wise, the Mega Chicken Pizza had too much topping on it for it to be evenly cooked all the way through. It was tasty, but could easily take 25% of the quantity off and it would still taste as good. More doesn't always mean better.
Garlic Cheese Bread was way over cooked and probably went through the oven at the same time as the pizza and arrived as a chewy dry cheese topped pizza. Would have liked to have tried one cooked in half the time, with melted cheese, rather than crusty cheese.
Carbonara ordered as well, but was ordered for my son to take to school for lunch today, so no idea on the quality and taste. Size looked like a good portion for the price. - Niall

- Having advocated for Camelot to the family about how absolutely 'unbelievable it is' from previous experiences - I got the same outcome on the other end of the scale. I was quoted an hour and a half for delivery so I figure I'd call to see about pick up time instead. After just under 30 mins with no one answering the phone I drove to the location to be greeted with no apology, outward frustration from the manager/chef at me and an accusation that I was calling the wrong number until I was able to recite it off the top of my head (30mins of calling helps that). Then he just told me he was flat out. I appreciate you have a superb product to go with your bad attitude, but seeing other reviews state your excuses to operate in a timely fashion because you say you are 'flat out' means you need to get your restaurant in order. I'll be advocating negatively from here on out.

- The meal was good, but the delivery was half an hour late. At first, I thought this was because EatNow had automatically selected the opening time as the delivery time; Camelot's website reveals this is not the case. They are open from 5pm; to deliver at 7, instead of the "around 6.30" cited was disappointing. Placing orders significantly ahead of time -- early afternoon, in this case -- should ensure timely service, particularly for somewhere open a full 90 minutes before time.
The phone service when I called was not particularly helpful; the server did not know what I was talking about at first. Our order did arrive a few moments later, and the driver was polite and friendly, but service definitely did not match expectations. - Peta

Phone call within 2 minutes saying that all the delivery drivers have gone home , then went on about how busy they were . We were not offered an apology when we went and picked up our pizza not even anything complimentary as most places would. If I'm paying $30 a pizza I expect more . Pizza tasted quite ok , certainly not the best by any stretch however not a bad pizza. I would not order from these guys again and am hesitant to ever pay via PayPal without contacting the store to see if they actually do what they say first . Pretty much defeats the idea of eat now.com.au. Shame on you Camelot pizza and shame on the owner or manager who made the decision not to fulfil your promises. Perhaps if this was to happen again you might re think your approach to customer service. At this stage quite clearly I was purely $60 in your till. Anyone reading this just check your cupboard for flour and yeast and a few ingredients stacked up and make your own. I give you a well deserved one star. - MIchael
