- Order placed @ 8.20. I live 8 minutes drive away according to the GPS. It's now 9.45, still have yet to receive order. I'll rate the food if it ever arrives. Called store three times, no answer, rang out.

- It was a long wait for the food (90 minutes) and you could tell the food had been siting for a long time. It was not as fresh as other times I've ordered food through eatnow. There was WAY too much cheese on the nachos, so much that I could hardly eat it. The fish tacos were tiny and had hardly anything in them.

- Great food but the delivery driver got lost. When he phoned for directions (we are in an apartment building) he was very hard to understand and couldnt find it. After I went downstairs to find him, he didnt say anything to me, just handed me the bag and walked off.

Normally they're good. 2 orders recently have been cold and had items missing or the wrong things included. Staff have been helpful to a degree but making us wait for correct items. Last night suggested we wait an hour. Pretty slack.

- When we ordered we were already told it was going to be 70 minutes, which we accepted cos it's a Friday night and we assumed they were busy. However, the order ended up taking an hour an a half and was near cold. Called the store and the person I spoke to was rude and didn't even answer the phone properly, just said "hi". Won't be ordering again

- Food was nice but they forgot our flour tortillas so it pretty much ruined the whole meal. We had to eat it with sliced bread from home. After waiting 70 mins for the meal to arrive it was the last thing we needed!
