- I've eaten here before and the food was fine. But my takeaway order the food was poor. Beef was dry and tough. Chicken dish had too much fish sauce. Cant rate my experience more than 1 star

- I can't praise this restaurant enough. The food is always yummy. But as an added bonus the service is brilliant, particularly from the lady who is always out front.
Once when we ordered via eat now things went a bit awry and my husband got the wrong meal. I provided feedback via eatnow. The next thing I new the lady (whose name I must find out) was on the phone offering us a free meal next time we wanted to order. She really didn't need to but we got two free meals the next time.
Then last night we ordered again - this time I forgot to order rice. She noticed and added it in for free. You can't get much better service than this. If you haven't tried them yet its worthwhile. - Brenda

- Food arrived quickly and it was hot. I just love the curry puffs from this restaurant (Tuggeranong). Whilst the food quality was good, it did not live up to the spice expectations. I asked for extra chilli on the Pad Gra Prow, but I doubt that was done. The Jungle Curry came with a 3 chilli rating, but it was so mild, even my wife could eat it. Does anyone know a restaurant that servers genuinely hot & spicy food?

- We have always enjoyed the food. However it seemed that despite having received an sms saying it wd be ready in 20 mins that they hadn't checked their machine until i arrived to pick it up. There was then a flurry of activity and one of the main dishes was wrong one.
Seems there are two probs: one that when they are very busy they forget to check for electronic orders. The other lies with the eatnow system which from my experience automatically advises 20 mins with no input from restaurant. - Brenda

- Curry Puffs were superb as usual and the Treasure Bags were pretty good this time (sometimes they can be hit and miss). Despite asking for extra chilli on both mains, meals were quite mild. This is the second time I have asked for extra chilli without getting it. Overall though, food quality was really good and was delivered quite quickly.

- Food was delivered on time and of a high quality - the curry puffs are to die for. They even managed to add the extra chilli into my meal this time.... My only complaint would be the temperature of the food with everything having to be put in the microwave to heat up. Could I suggest an Esky or a heat pack for future deliveries Lemongrass?

- Curry Puffs were superb as usual. The Prawns were nice and juicy. My only complaint was the size of the Pad Gra Prow. Most meals generally fill the container; however, this meal was well short of the mark. If Ihad been served this small size at the restaurant itself, I would have returned it and asked for more. Having said that, the meal itself was very nice.

- Lovely food. Was delivered when it was supposed to. Servings a little small but that is subjective. Main gripe would be that the food was a bit cold. Maybe using an insulated delivery bag/ container would work better. I would order from them again :-P

- Placed order via Eat Now at 6.20pm and it took 32 minutes for SMS confirmation to be sent to my phone. Rang Lemongrass during that time and order had not been received. Lemongrass rang back at 6.55pm to advise that the order had been sent through. Delivery was reasonably quick, but food was still on the cool side. Fish cakes tasted rubbery and not very appetizing. Curry Puffs were fantastic as usual. Asked for Chicken Gang Massaman but got Beef instead. Asked for extra Chilli in Beef Pad Gra Prow, but very mild and beef was very chewy. Certainly not up to their usual standards.

- The meal was delicious! The vegie spring rolls were the best I have tasted. The coconut rice was divine. The bean curd with plum sauce was fresh and tasty not heavy and sweet as I feared and the addition of fresh salad was just right and the yellow veg curry was just yummy. The order arrived early but luckily that wasn't an inconvenience. Is happily order from here again.

So when the entrees turned up they were nice, but that was after the meal. Eat Now - please make sure you give all of the order to the restaurant...
