- I found the delivery on time and the food very flavoursome. The only thing I would mention was that it was a bit light on ingredients(vegetables and chicken/prawns/bean curd), and a lot of liquid. Saying that it was delicious.

The food was lovely and that was also positive, only missed a star in the ratings because the entree sauces were entirely spilled during the delivery process. I think that some more substantial packing should apply for the liquids included in the pack.

We just got food from Thai Lemongrass in Woden/Phillip ACT.
It was nearly twice the time given overdue - extremely late.
It was stone cold. It was soggy and old. (In addition the rice was half empty, maybe spilt?)
I bet anything it was forgotten in the delivery guys car until I called to see what was going on. How disgusting, what a sad experience with Thai Lemongrass. Being my 4th or 5th order I was telling my wife how good your service was, but this was an expensive disaster.
Not so much as an apology let-a-lone a refund or partial reimbursement. instead just a huff as the cold waste was dumped in my hands - Bradford

- It took over an hour to receive our food. The food was cold and all sauces were tipped over and open throughout the bag. We were only a 5 minute drive from the restaurant.

- A vegetable was added to a meat dish, which has not had any vegetables in it previously, it changed the flavour of the dish and made it too sweet, wasn't as nice.
