Moreover, the last time we ordered with them, the delivery man was an hour late due to traffic and the manager made it up to us by giving us a free garlic pizza! Amazing! - Julia

The food was very tasty, the quality not as good as the first pizza I had few days ago, the time was perfect 40min and I got my order delivered in 39min. Very good
My order was messed up a little with the missing ingredient "baby Rocket". But I wasn't upset! Well, maybe just a little!
I called back the restaurant to let them know. It's a genuine mistake and it does happen a lot in this industry. It's understandable. But what really shocked was the rocket salad delivery person.
The attitude and the dirty look he gave me😳 unbelievable. Not even a word, forget about an apology for their mistake! - Athmane

- Ordered as asap delivery. Confirmation email said meal would be delivered in 35mins. I waited until 50mins to check with restaurant, man on phone said he would call me back in 2 minutes with no further explanation. My food then arrived about 2 minutes after this phone call. I never received return phone call explaining/apologising for delay. Pizza was not exactly warm by the time I got it. Garlic bread could've done with more garlic. Strawberry cheesecake was really delicious though. A bit disappointing altogether, really.

- Was quoted 45 mins for delivery and when the order finally turned up after 90 mins, the pizzas were stone cold and part of the order was missing. Called the restaurant and explained and they said the reason for the coldness was because they are in Pyrmont and I am in Alexandria. Asked for the order remaking and delivering but they couldn't because "they only had 1 driver". Asked for a refund and they said they'd give me a large pizza on my next order. Said it wasn't good enough as I had to bin my whole current order and again requested a refund and they told me that it was EatNows issue and to contact them. When I Eat Now contacted them on my behalf they refused to approve a refund and said that the order was delivered on time (although the manager who provided this info wasn't in store on the night because I asked to speak to him and couldn't). If you want slow delivery, disgusting pizza, shocking service and to be called a liar then I recommend The Darling Pizzeria. If not that I suggest you order from elsewhere. Thanks.

- The order was confirmed by the restaurant by both email and text. We waited over an hour for our food to arrive only to find out no one had made or received the order, we called and spoke to the man at the restaurant whom was very very rude, he told us we had to put the order through again and wait.
