- Delivery took way longer than the estimated time confirmed by SMS. Pizza was not hot enough. Then found that one item was missing which required second delivery. When we called the restaurant, they blamed EatNow for the wrong time confirmed and didn't take the complain seriously. We didn't hear the door bell ring when the delivery person arrived. The delivery person didn't call me when no one answered the door bell and just walked off. Luckily we caught him in time so we got food. Not a very good experience.

- Worst delivery service & customer service I've ever received!!! It took the delivery guy 20 min to find my building. When he arrived he wouldn't come upstairs and made me come down. Then when I get back upstairs and open my pizza, it's been flipped and the toppings were completely off my pizza. I called to complain and was told call tomorrow and they will bring me a new one. I called the next day and was told to call tomorrow again!!!! So I did that and again was told to call tomorrow! Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!

- Came in reasonable time ordered 2 large pizza 2xgarlic bread and drink for $30 - seemed like a good price, the garlic bread was ok but the pizza was terrible! Crust was dry and overcooked, paid to add tomato slices on Margherita didn't get it and both pizzas were covered in a very thick slab of tasteless rubbery cheese! I couldn't even eat them very disappointed even dominoes would have been better :(

- Veal parmigiana was inedible. Dripping in grease, overcooked meat and the eggplant was obviously out of a jar. The chocolate cake is soggy on the base and dry as a nuns knickers at the edges. What a waste of money.

- An excellent overall experience. I was stunned by how quickly I received my order, and the gentleman who delivered it was very pleasant and courteous. I had a multiple special requests and they got them all correct, with one very minor exception. (Specifically, I asked for extra tomato sauce on the side, but received extra white sauce. The request was written in a comment, and I wasn't sure if they'd even see it. Since they actually had no obligation to give me either kind of sauce, and they didn't charge me for it, it was very easy to shrug off.) Tasty pizza, fresh vegetables, and top-notch service; I'll be a repeat customer.

- Cheesecake was slop thrown into a container and had consistency of glue, club sandwich wasn't a club sandwich it was a thin piece of leathery steak on dry bread with a bit of soggy lettuce. Rang up and explained my sandwich has been mixed up they said they'll give me one on my next order, I said I won't be ordering from there again please can i just have a club sandwich to be delivered as I've paid for it or a refund, they said they'll deliver one right away, hour later...Still not arrived. Tried to ring back and they've blocked my number, nice one

- Pretty much all the food went to the bin. Pizza was horrible, soggy and dry and tasteless except for that chicken which was horrible. Pasta was yuk Again the chicken in there was horrible as where the chicken wings. Might as well have thrown my $40 straight in the bin.
