- Delicious pizza, the chicken/avocado tortellini is amazing, the serving size of the chips is huge and they are always crunchy and well seasoned. The cakes are fantastic and, like everything else at Mario's, the portion size is very generous. Delivery is almost always prompt. I have only one negative, and that is the bolognaise sauce - it is so salty I can't manage to eat more than three mouthfuls, and I quite like my salt! It is the only dish from Mario's that none of us could eat. We tried the lasagne this time, and the same deal - the bolognaise is truly inedible. But everything else is great so it hasn't turned me off ordering from Mario's and I recommend it to everyone who likes value for money.

- This is horrible food I had in my life.the gnocchi carbonara is too runy.then I call the manager he don't know how to answer the phone so rude using all the f words it's a bad experience in my life. Even chef don't know to cook the pasta in properly.dog foods are better then this restaurant

- Chicken wings were worst, It even had little bit hair sicked in with the skin. And it looked liked it was just boiled chicken with BBQ sauce on it. I literally fried chicken in oil for several minutes then I was able to eat it. Worst chicken wings ever.

- Pizzas looks amazing, how ever in a word "tasteless" toppings have no flavour, way to much topping, pizza base was soggy. I forgot I stopped ordering from this store over a year ago, for the above reason, seems they are still the same. Suggestions would be to upgrade ingredients/toppings taste test them if need be, use less on pizza.

- Very disappointed in the quality of the food and the service. I ordered fries which turned out to overcooked dry chips. Ravioli was powdery and soggy however the cream based mariana sauce was yum. The ribs were dry and bland. Half Mario special with no anchovies and olives but they gave me both and half hala says with no olives and added sausage meat for extras but got olives and no sausages. Also when I got the delivery, I requested them to call me upon arrival but instead they knocked on my door so I feel like they don't even read their customers enquiries properly. Would never order from here again. It's not the same as it was a year ago.

I have very mixed feelings about this place. The food is incredible and huge portion sizes. Great value for money. We have ordered here regularly for over a year, BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APPALLING. Multiple times we have had issues with the staff who have been extremely rude or incorrect or seem to just 'not care' about anything. We also had one occasion where they forgot one of our meals, when we realised and phoned them up they were extremely rude and accused us of lying even though we have been loyal customers for almost two years. Extremely unsatisfied with the service. If you order direct through menu log or eat now you can avoid their rudeness of ordering via phone so I recommend not going directly through them. However as mentioned the food is fantastic. 5 STARS FOR FOOD - 0 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. - Chanelle
