- Delivery was 30 mins past estimate so took 1 1/2 Hours. I asked for BBQ Sauce to be replaced with Tomato however I got no sauce at all and the base was like cardboard. The topping was the only thing that was OK. All this is really surprising as every other time I've ordered from here the Pizza's were outstanding. I hope this was just an off night.

- I ordered to receive my pizza at 7:00 but the pizza came very early and I was not hungry at all. It was shame. The lot pizza claims that should have prawns in it while I just ate one real prawn with the pizza.

- Pizza was okay, but the order that was meant to be delivered at 7.30 arrived well after 8.30. When I phoned the restaurant they didn't even apologize for the delay and advised me that "eat now" was meant to let me know of the delay.

- My girlfriend ordered two pizzas online and we were told it would be ready by 6:30. When I got there at 6:15, the pizzas were already sitting there going cold. I then paid the $34 and left. When I got back and had to reheat my already cold pizza, I asked my girlfriend what she thought. She said the pizza was rather dry (lacking sauce) and the chicken was pretty dry and wasn't worth the $34 she paid. Confused, I told her that I paid when I received it and she showed me her account and the fact she had paid for it. So then I had to drive back down there and get my $34 back because someone hadn't written on our ticket we had already paid! Average pizza, cold, and spent more time driving than actually enjoying my dinner. Gutted.

- They screwed up my order -- we asked for some toppings to be removed on one of the pizzas but they weren't. They sent a replacement, which is fine, but we had to wait a while for it to get here. The pizzas were great, but we won't order from here again.

- Can't fault the pizzas here. Perfect crust (not thick and doughy), good quality toppings, and their gourmet range is up to scratch. Have ordered from here heaps and always enjoy it. Only tip is to get in early on busy nights - otherwise you might have to wait a while.

- Great pizza (have tried the lot, Macedonian and Hawaiian). Ordered from them twice, both have arrived about 10-15 mins after the quoted time and first time was only just warm. Second time was hot. Price was fairly good. Will order from them again though.

- 1. I was quite disappointed in their time management. I had to wait an extra hour and a half to get my order to my front door.
2. Their effort in delivering the good to me was quite terrible too. One of their employees forgot to deliver my order at the correct time so they asked me to wait 15 minutes, so I did. But another 45 minutes passed and still no pizza. I called them and they said oh sorry we will be on our way now. I was just speechless.
3. The reason why I still give them a 3 star rating is because after all this, the quality was still good. Dis-regarding the two other points I have made the pizza here is fantastic. I ate here (in-store) on a weekly basis when I was in high school but I had never made a delivery order before.
So I do recommend this store's food but just take into mind that the delivery side of this store may not be the best you can get. - Billy
