- I would like to say that I spent quite allot of money ordering pizzas from this place I don't usually right reviews but though would mention this because people need to know what could happen if their address cannot be found by the driver.
Deliveries usually arrive within an hour. 1 hr 45 min passed... Than I'm
Thinking maybe they built.. I wait another 15 min just in case
Then I decide to call.
I call restaurant my food is still on the bench..
What happened driver couldn't find my address so he went back to shop left order their on the bench and continued on with other pizza deliveries. I was speaking to restaurant owner and they apologised for what happened and order came within 10 minutes. I assumed my large pizzas and garlic bread would be remade however I was wrong.
When I got the food it was another driver and she apologised to me for what happened with the other driver.
I opened the boxes of
Pizza to find COLD pizza and COLD garlic bread... NOT HAPPY.
What should of happened the driver should of called me. The restaurant should follow up on their drivers to ensure delivery no one did nothing bad business.
Also the pizzas were on the bench how could no one have picked up on thAt. they should have remade the pizzas and garlic bread it was their mistake and they failed to fix it. Instead they just wanted me to hurry up and get delivered food... COLD FOOD.
I haven't ordered from pizza zone since this experience. - kylie

- I would like to state that I luuuuvvvvv food.
I am a food critique.
I have worked in the food industry and when it comes to food and restaurants, I look for Flavour, quality of product, excellent time management and of course exceptional customer service.
I would like to say that by far Pizza Zone Melton is one of the best take away restaurants I have eaten from in the state of Victoria. This is not an exaggeration.
The base of the pizza was cooked to perfection,
All ingredients on the pizza complemented each other, on the initial bite you get an explosion of mouth watering flavours complemented by a crust with a soft crunch that eventually melts in the mouth.
The lasagne was perfect and melted in the mouth.
The garlic bread was crispy on the outside and in the centre soft, melt in the mouth bread with garlic, butter.. yuuummmm.
The delivery was prompt.
The customer service was impeccable. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I am extremely happy with the quality of product, with the service.
