- After waiting an hour was called to say they ran out of normal bases and only had thin and crispy wasn't given any other option then when pizza was delivered I was given Sprite instead of lift. :( first time I was very disappointed very long wait and not what I ordered as well as no offer of credit or replacement another night. Still order from here as it's the only half decent place that deliver.

I have had excellent service in the past but last night was not good enough, if I had of received any message that there was a delay I could understand, but nothing, paid by CC no credit that I know of...

- quality, speed and value are all really good.
I however customised my pizza to NOT have any chilli on it. It arrived covered in chilli flakes. I thought maybe its wont be too hot. So i tried to eat a slice OWWWW, my lips and tongue were on fire for around an hour. It was inedible. I did not call for a refund because I had already given a slice to my husband and eaten a slice myself. Next time please make sure you read the customised orders correctly. $15.60 and only 2 slices eaten. - honey
