- Pizza is so burnt it is completely inedible. How someone could put this in a box when the salami is actually charcoal and the cheese has gone black and sell it to someone in good faith is beyond me. So disappointed and won't be ordering again.

- Normally love the pizza but I ordered a gluten free base which I know won't taste as good as normal but the base was burnt on the outside and soggy towards the centre. I understand it's harder to cook but other pizza places have managed to work it out- wasn't very enjoyable.

- had some good pizzas from papa mias but this one wasn't one of them, base was soggy and collapsed when you picked it up, they need a new pizza cutter, the pizza was only cut half way through, combined with the soggy base most of the topping ended up in the box. Couldn't find the chilli, disappointing for a pizza they advertised as hot. Couldn,t taste the wood oven either! On the other hand the service was very quick

I don't usually be the one complaining but this really is surprisingly bad.
The pizza was burnt, had black chesse cooked on top and well as very lacking in flavour. I would suggest more toppings. I also had ordered two pastas. One bolognaise that was half filled with water from the sauce. And a carbonnara that was soo dry and very little flavour, i would also suggest using real mushrooms not tinned for a better quality.
Really surprised at this, I regret to say I would ever eat there again.

- I've had many good experiences at Papa Mia's, but last night was not one of them. I waited an hour for one pizza and the base was undercooked. The staff seemed quite stressed, but that's no excuse for not being friendly when you're in customer service. Not a positive experience.

- SMS received said it would take 45 mins to receive our order. After an hour I phoned and they seemed to have no idea about our order. Finally got it after 1 hour and a half which is ridiculous! They are lucky their pizza was amazing once it finally arrived!
