- Took over 1 hour and 40 minutes to deliver . I ordered through palm beach not knowing they dont deliver to currumbin waters nothing was said when i placed the order . The order was then passed onto tugun . The delivery driver couldnt find my address palm beach had given the wrong house number . By the time we got it it was cold .We had to reheat it .I wasnt impressed we were way passed being hungry when we recieved it . Just a big muck around i complained to both stores all i got was ahhh sorry.Rather slack i thought.

- Why pay more when you get Dominos quality and have to wait an hour for it. Pretty average pizza and way to long to deliver, sunday evening and an hour??? Rediculous. And the pizza was no better quality than the ones you get for $6. Last one I order

- Forgot my garlic bread. Forgot to put pineapple on a meat lovers puzza which was my substitute for a Hawaiian pizza as they don't sell Hawaiian. My chicken pizza was squashed onto the lid of the box.... Half the pizza no good as couldn't be saved. We had been keen for pizza all day. Oh well. Live and learn.

- Again, speed of delivery was good but our order was not properly completed. We didn't want any cucumber dressing and we got it instead. For the second time!!!! We felt for the young man doing the deliveries who was quite nice and we didn't ask for a replacement but we were disappointed with the food. The bruschetta pizza bread is described as having a creamy balsamic dressing; didn't know what to expect, certainly not a mayo based dressing on a pizza. We probably won't order again.

- The food as always was good, however the 2 1/2 hour wait was ridiculous. Given it was a public holiday and we were told it was going to be an hour wait, after 1 1/2 hours and 2 phone calls finally found out our order hasn't been processed and would be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes. After 30 minutes and another phone call I found out the pizza had left 10 minutes ago. We live 5 minutes from the shop and after hanging up it showed up between 5-10 minutes later. I paid an extra $6 to get this delivered and they forgot my garlic bread. Most disappointing was at no stage did the store manager take any of my calls. I could hear him in the background telling the phone operator what to say. The only good point was the staff (excluding the manager) were polite and very helpful. There was a breakdown in communication within the store and at no stage was I offered any sort of compensation.
