- Food arrived after approximated time missing an item. Was reported to the driver who advised it will be sent out in 20 mins. Waited 40 mins called the store and hadnt been sent out yet. Didn't arrive until 1.5 hours after the original delivery time.

- I'm not giving the Helensvale store a rating because the first time they delivered to me the delivery was an hour an a half late. the store has given me a store credit. I hope it's for the $60 or more that I spent. Let's see if the next time they credit me with the whole amount that I spent or try to charge me delivery fees. The next time I order it won't come to $60. Let's see if they credit me the $60 & make my next 2 orders free.

- A little too much sauce on the base for my liking and I'm not a fan of the diced ham, shredded is better, but that's just my personal preference. Otherwise, quick delivery, very tasty, lots of toppings, cooked perfectly. Really, really good pizza guys! Delivery guy was very polite and well presented too.

- Delivery was 20min later than estimated time, without any notice, also they forgot my free garlic bread. So basically I ordered around 5:15pm , was estimated 65min for a 6:40 delivery and actually didnt get food till 7:05pm...by that time my kids were just about ready to eat anything that walked past them!.....Great food, but very long long wait.

- Quality of the pizza was very poor. Toppings were soggy on the first pizza ("the lot"prawn etc) the bottom of the box was even wet . They call to tell me they have no pasta tonight even tho i was a bit let down i was happy to change my order to just an simple pepperoni pizza. Came burn, dry and just crap this also included the garlic bread. Sorry guys may have been a one off/ bad night but its put me right off I'll stick with Dominos .
