- When I arrived to collect my order it was evident that the comments I had left weren't even read.
My Chicken Fried Rice didnt include the Tofu I'd asked for. Whilst it was rectified as I waited in store, my Chicken Fried Rice looked like it had literally been thrown back in the container. It must also be noted that the container wasn't even filled as you would expect. It was only 3/4 full, but I didnt realise that until I got home.
All things considered, especially given I've been a customer before last night's order was not good. Really disappointing, however the food was still edible. - Chrissie

- Ordered 7 dishes plus rice and roti and had 2 red curry dishes (duck and chicken) one mild and one medium - not labelled on boxes and both medium heat. Also 2x cashewnut beef one was meant to be mild and one medium again no markings on box so had no idea which was which.
Not very happy as had 3 pieces of chicken in the red curry and mostly veg.

- When I arrived I confirmed my name and paid. I was told to take a seat and then waited over 15 mins . During this time 4 people came in and picked their takeaway. When I went up to the counter and asked where my order was they asked my name which I gave and it turned out the order had been sitting behind the counter for most of those 15 mins. Consequently got the food home and it was half cold . Not the best experience I've had from Vermont Thai

- Ordered through Eat Now. Some confusion over ASAP( website term) only to be told via email food would take an hour but text would be sent. No text and food on the cool side when collected the hour later. Suggest remove ASAP and include 1/2 hour options. But thats the website. The restaurant, I ordered the vegetable spring roll which was crispy, reasonable serve size and tasty.
Beef Massaman for main course was the best of those I have tried in the area. Sauce was well blended not oily. Price is average. Would recommend. - Allyson

We believe there is some confusion surrounding the phrase "ASAP" when ordering on EatNow. The term "ASAP" refers to requesting an order for the quickest possible time from the restaurant. Unfortunately, for some restaurants who can get quite busy their quickest time may be 60 minutes. We apologise that this is not presented so clearly on the website and appreciate your feedback.
