- Took longer than stated 60 mins for delivery. Request for "no onion/tomato" despite being printed on docket was not followed. Had to physically remove said items. Unimpressed.

- This was over $40 for 3 kebabs and I was not advised until after I ordered it would be 70 minutes. Over 70 minutes later, after 10pm the food arrived. Needless to say I went to bed straight after dinner!!! I should have just gone out for dinner!

- The quality of the food was great, however it took 90 minutes to be delivered and we were advised that the order would take 60 minutes. Either way, I think that these wait times are excessive. Each time we have ordered from here the wait time has been the same. While the food is enjoyable, don't order from here if you're starving because you'll be waiting a while!

- I placed my order online and went to pick it up. But when I arrived my order was not even cooked. The lady only placed it in when I paid on arrival. Why bother having pick up if it is not going to be cooked till you get there, so I had to wait anther 25 minutes for my food. Very disappointed

- I give one star simply because the fish & chips arrived ahead of estimated and hot. The chips were ok but the fish "flake" was extremely disappointing! Simply processed compressed fish bits into a fillet shape and not what I call premium beer battered. I won't be ordering from them again.
