- Was quoted 50 mins for delivery, actually took 1.5hours.
Called the restaurant to follow up where my order was, the lady hung up on me mid-sentence.
Rang EatNow to let them know of my dissatisfaction, the lady who answered the phone did not listen to me and couldn't have cared less.
It may just have to be our last time ordering through Eatnow or this restaurant as they just don't care about their customers. - Katrina

- Very nice food, good delivery time, however this time they put the rice in small round container and it was supposed to be a large, which normally should come in a rectangle container, as it is a large not small, so was a little disappointing this time.. and wasnt enough rice for our family. but normally good, next time i will write that to make sure all food is in rectangle containers as that is what i have had at all the other Chinese and Thai places and that is the normal serving size for a meal except for soup is either in round or rectangle usually and also for the rice it is always in rectangle containers for large, that i have had before..

- Not happy with this service at all. Waited over an hour for my delivery, when the text message I received said it'd take half an hour. Then called the restaurant to ask where the food was and was told it won't be long, no apologies at all. Dissatisfied with the service.

- The text I got said 30 min. An hour later I rang and he said we try better next time. ... so rude. Food was pretty bland nothing special no pineapple in sweet and sour sauce. Pork was tough. Was only warm when it got to me. Where had that driver been??
