- AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! 20 MINS AFTER PLACING ORDER (60MIN WAIT), RECEIVED A PHONE CALL SAYING "CARLINGFORD IS TOO FAR FOR DELIVERY" AND THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL OUR $60 ORDER. I HAD ALREADY PAID VIA PAYPAL, AND THE RUDE CHINESE MAN COULDN'T CARE LESS, PALMING ME OFF AND SAYING "CONTACT EATNOW, GET YOUR MONEY BACK". HE THEN VERY QUICKLY HUNG UP ON ME. I WAS SHOCKED, SO I CALLED BACK SAYING "EXCUSE ME, WHAT DO YOU MEAN TOO FAR WHEN CARLINGFORD WAS AN AVAILABLE SUBURB OPTION FOR DELIVERY". HE THEN MAKES AN EXCUSE SAYING "WE ALREADY DELIVERED NEAR THERE AND WE DON'T HAVE TIME TO GO BACK THERE", GIVING ME EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. I SPOKE TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE (2 MALES & THEN FINALLY 1 FEMALE) AS THEY KEPT PASSING THE PHONE AROUND TO AVOID TALKING TO ME. THE MAN PROMISED CHEAPER THIS IF I COME AND PICK IT UP. THEN CHANGED HIS MIND, AND SAID I GIVE YOU EXTRA DRINK, OR EXTRA RICE. AND THEN TOLD ME I WAS WASTING HIS TIME. WOW, I'M SERIOUSLY AT MY WIT'S END AT THIS STAGE. THE FEMALE WAS OK, APOLOGISING SOMEWHAT. BUT STILL, THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE. MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM THEM AND I CAN 100% GUARANTEE IT WILL BE THE LAST. - Very upset with the poor service.
I ordered some dishes including chow mein with soft noodles. The delivery took about an hour. Once I got that I noticed there were no noodles in the chow mein so I called the restaurant. I told that the noodles were missing and the lady said "what can I do for you?" Duh!!! I said I just wanted my noodles. The lady said she would have them delivered later, but no one came. No apologies at all.

- I don't think I'd even give 1 star! A loooong wait for the food. Very poor quality food and ingredients. Ordered for a group of 6 and the vote was a consensus. Food seemed like it was re-heated or something, and it smelt a bit. We all thought we would wind up being sick the next day! I do NOT recommend!

- The mongolian lamb and the szechuan beef tasted the same. The fried rice was nice but it didn't really say how many the large would feed so we didn't have enough in the end. It was ok but felt more like a food court meal and took over the time they said to get to us.
