- I hope they can improve the quality and flavour of the pizza.
I'd ordered a New Yorker size gourmet margherita pizza which the description is here:
Pizza sauce, mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, parsley and finished with fresh herbs and parmesan.
No parsley, no basil or fresh herbs, with heaps of parmesan. The taste balance was awful.
The cheese I suspect wasn't bocconcini and just normal mozzarella due to the texture and the way it had cooked but can't confirm.
It felt as if the pizza cook needs to go to an excellent pizza place to try the pizza and adapt it for a lower cost instead of getting it completely wrong.
