- Extremely disappointing.
Well first off, after being told it would be a 1 hour wait, I was actually 1 hour and 45 mins. At an hour and a half we called to check on the order, the phone was answered without a greeting of any kind, and we weren't even sure we had called the right number, my partner was extremely polite, and was unapologetically informed it was on its way and might be here soon, and rushed off the phone... Not an experience that inspires confidence.
I got the seafood basket. The fish was dry and the batter was chewy, the chips were definitely stale, and really soggy, like they had been badly reheated... Have you ever tried to microwave yesterday's chips? Yeah
My boyfriend got the chicken parma and it was well and truly cold. The top had been covered with tinfoil, which only served to take the entire topping off the parma when he tried to get to his food. Same chip situation.
The salads were fine, not great, but when the least mean thing you can say about your meal is "the salad was fine" that's just sad.
Sad we wasted our money, still hungry, and quite frankly, pretty cranky. - Justin

- REAL FLAKE! Always quicker than the estimate, decent crisp batter, with a nice flavour. I personally prefer my chips a bit crisper, but they are good quality chips cooked to how the majority likes them. Scallops and prawns cooked almost perfectly and all the seafood was beautiful and fresh (even the crab stick had good flavour and texture) and staff are always really nice :)

- We ordered 2 burgers without salad and when we opened they had salad. The taste of the burger was disgusting and too fatty.
The meat wasn't cook properly.

- Very, very disappointing. It took over 2 hours for 2 beef burgers to be delivered to us. No call from the restaurant to say the order would take longer, instead I called them an hour and a half into our wait to be told that it was 'on it's way'. Our burgers arrived 30 mins after that call, despite the restaurant being only 12 mins away, and with no apology. Appaling service.

- Order arrived an hour later than what was advised, was cold, and incomplete.
Even when I showed the driver the email confirmation proving that the order was incomplete, he just shrugged.
It was a rainy night, and when I spoke to the store on the phone, they apologised and made point of the fact that it was rainy and busy. Sadly this isn't the first time an order has shown up late and incomplete.
The food is tasty here however, so go ahead and order from here, so long as it isn't a rainy night I guess! - John
