- No didn't contact, I have have been working til 4am the past week (self employed). Ive always ordered direct for almost 5years. However I had a black long hair through the centre of my spring roll when I bit into it! I have dye bright red hair so not from this household!! You have asked and I have advised. It will be along time before I can reorder with you or them again.

- Food was great. However, delivery was an hour late (on top of the 40mins its said it would take). The wrong entrée was delivered and the food was cold and soggy. I put in 2 calls to the restaurant to check up on the delivery. The first time they said it was in the car for delivery. My address is max 10 minutes from the restaurant. I called again half an hour later and stressed that if the food was still going to be in the car it would be cold. Obviously nothing was done to improve this. There was only two items on my order - surely it can't have been that hard to get it right. Will not be hurrying back to order from here again.

- At home thai is never disappointing! The food was great and still hot when delivered. They even took the initiative to call and ask if we wanted our delivery sooner.

- Speed was alright, although the fried rice was bland, hardly anything in it aside from a lot of rice and tiny bits of meat and veggie - definitely not equivalent to the price. Curry puff was good, and minimum delivery amount is excellent.
