- I orderd pizza and pasta..specifically ordered a cabanaro pasta plain..you'se sent me a seafood pasta! My 7yr daughter is allergic to shellfish! I was not happy at all tried calling place ph was engaged! It could have been fatal! Enjoyed the rest though!

- I have ordered food numerous times from Big Johns and hace usually been very happy. Howeverr the last time I ordered I received the wrong dish. I rang the restaurant and explained what had happened and the staff member was unhelpful and presnted as disinterested. I wasn't looking to get more food as what I received was adequate. I thought I would let them know so they could be made aware of the error. I am.disappointed that the staff member showed little interest, not even enquiring as my details.

- Regrettably the pizzas were over cooked and the chucked dry. The cartons arrived squashed. Overall I won't be trying this restaurant again. I am sure they do a good meal but on this occasion the food was well below expectation.

- They gave me a wong pizza which has different ingredients as on the website, I would not care if the pizza tastes ok, it actually tastes really bad so me and my friend were very unhappy, when I called them both the staff and the manager explained that ingredients are right, Eat Now must have made a mistake on the pizza discription, they refused to give me a refund or an exchange but to asked me to contact Eat Now, what a lousy customer service!. Used be a regular customer of the restaurant, but will not come back to them anymore!

- The delivery time was excellent. The food wasn't as good. The pasta was okay but I've had better from Big Johnny's and was disappointed. The pizza was soggy. The base was so wet that when I went to pick up a slice it fell apart.
