- ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE FROM THE RESTAURANT AND WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN! Food turned up late, over 75mins delivery time and worse still half of the soup was spilt all over the bag, covering Fried Chicken, lettuce and the delivery had chilli, garlic and sauce missing for the pork belly. When I called to complain, the attitude over the phone was worse than the ruined food. Their lack of care and the staff was barely apologetic. After over 10mins of going around in circles over the phone, they HUNG UP on me! Thank you Eat Now for contacting me but the partial refund of $50 and my wasted time still does not fix the issue or address my disappointment in the service received. VERY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE AND HOW THEY HANDLED THE COMPLAINT.

- It hurts me to write this review because this was my favourite Korean place EVER. Every time I came to Melbourne I would order it. Well... my favourite dish was unavailable for some reason, so I ordered the beef short rib (never tried before), and the kimchi squid pancake. The beef short ribs were inedible. Just threw them in the bin. The pancake was SO disappointing. Not much of a kimchi flavour like usual. I ate a few parts of it but ended up binning it the next day. Really disappointing. Not sure if I'm prepared to give them another chance after this...

- I have never seen such a spicy pork stew, the amount is too less and only one piece of pork. The delievry took almost 90min and the dishes become cold. I would suggest each man to order at least double ratios to feed your hungry stomach!

- The order arrived 20 minutes late (1hr 20m total wait), not too bothered but a text would have been nice. Kimchi pancake was HUGE and delicious. Pork bulgogi was okay, flavour wasn't perfect. Veg gyzoya were good. Really the Kimchi pancake raised this up from three to four stars. Would probably order again, but would leave extra time.

- I'm sorry to say this wasn't a good experience. We were told our food was going to be one hour, it took 90 mins and was luke-warm on arrival. Luke-warm miso soup is not good. Unfortunately the chicken, beef and fish dishes all seemed the same - same vegies in a glutinous sauce. If it was hot we may have been able to eat it, but luke-warm bordering on cold it was disgusting. I've never given a bad review before but this simply wasn't edible.

- It was a big order and we expected it to take the time it did. However, the menu stated that rice was provided as part of a meal - only one rice was provided for 15 meals. The spicy pelicana chicken was very dry. some of the meals were ok. but on the whole not impressed
