- These guys have totally lost the plot. They used to make nice burgers and took pride in the presentation and delivery. Unfortunately the last two orders have been terrible. This time they delivered a warm drink, two cold burgers (assembled terribly and with half the toppings they used to serve), completely forgot the chips ($9 worth of chips!!) and the sauce for the chips had been knocked hard enough to open it, spilling the contents right through the bag, covering everything. Called to speak to them about it and some kid answered, not really knowing what to do about it all. Really disappointed and will not be buying from here again.

Inedible.

- Delivery was going to take an hour and was late anyway had to call and food wasn't hot once delivered. Luckily it was yum. Suburban burger are lucky no one else in the area does burgers or they'd have to lift their game. They don't have to be quick or get it right because there isn't any competition

- An order for 10 people, 8 of which ordered the meal deal (chips and a can of soft drink). After waiting well over 1 hour for the food to arrive we only received 5 of the 8 cans of soft drink. When we rang the store to query this we were made to feel unreasonable for complaining and were told that they could deliver the drinks but it would take some time, or we could have a refund. Given that the initial delivery had taken quite a long time and the attitude of the staff seemed disinterested, we opted for the refund. We have to date received no refund or correspondence from the restaurant. Whilst 3 cans of soft drink may not seem like much it was very disappointing to be made to feel as if simply asking for what we had ordered and paid for was unreasonable and that the restaurant was not responsible for the error or that they needed to make any attempt to rectify it. The food was barely warm once it arrived and it appears that over time the portion sizes and quality have dropped, whilst the prices have gone up. Next time I will take my $200 else where. It is too much money to spend on average quality food and extremely poor customer service.

- The delivery was extremely quick, but extremely overpriced. It cost us close to $60 for a couple of burgers, 1 lrg chips a 600 ml drink and a serve of buffalo wings, for that price you would expect the burger to be amazing, but it was just average... nothing special
