- The service sux.
When the food was home delivered, as the driver handed the bag to me, the PAPER bag tore apart and ALL my food fell on the ground. The chips from one of my meals ended up all over the floor. The delivery guy's response was that ” it happens a lot with those bags” and then he tried to put all the stuff from the floor in one pile then he drove off.
After my meal I contacted Uncle Sam's store via Facebook and attached a photo showing some of the chips and the torn bag on the floor and their response was Quote " Sorry about that we are working with the supplier towards fixing the problem I'm sorry again And thanks for letting me know"
In other words they knew they had the problem with the bags but still sent the food out in them....Very careless and I won’t be buying from that store ever again as it was not an enjoyable meal with part of my meal been spoiled by the fall and losing a portion of the chips which upset my kids. - George

- If I could give it less than 1 star I would.. overly expensive price for less than average food.... disappointing because they're usually ok.
The chips were a strange combination of soggy and crips but very oily, the fried chicken was ok but still very oily ..... now the showstopper the kebab this was meat floating in chilli sauce in soggy bread, I wish I could post a photo...

- I dont know what has happened, your food was always 5 star but lately it is not good at all. Not much meat in kebab and quarter chicken was not nice to eat so we through it and chips were old. We are wondering if new people are in charge down there now. We are not sure if we will ever be back which is unfortunate because we loved this place for a meal.
