- We love donatellas pizza usually & recommend it to everyone! Last night it was TERRIBLE! We ordered our pizzas with specific toppings! The first lot of pizzas that came were all the same pizzas all with olives & all not cooked properly! I sent them back with the driver! The second lot that came were still just as bad, no meat on my alfresco supreme or pepperoni!, & we're all soggy pizza bases! I called the restaurant & they told me that they put olives on every pizza!!! Seriously, I said they never have before, & who puts olives on a Hawaiian! Very disappointed! The driver who brought the second lot said they had two new young Asian girls making the pizzas!!!! Not a problem if they know how to make a pizza, clearly not!
I'm sad that my favourite pizza shop on the coast is now my least favourite! 😪😪😪 - Alice

- I loved using this app. My food was delivered in approx 35 mins, after I ordered it at 8 pm.
The spaghetti arrived hot and delicious and the Greek salad cool and delicious. The gentleman delivering it was polite and well groomed.
I am definitely a fan.

- I wouldn't give this a star at all if I had the choice. I ordered a family pizza and a bottle of water, delivery was meant to be 50 mins. When the pizza was 15 mins late I called to see roughly how much longer it would be. I was told all drivers had left, they weren't sure if our pizza was on board with any of the drivers, I went to ask a question and I was hung up on. This is a Tuesday night by the way. The pizza arrived 30 mins late, the driver didn't carry change and nor did he give me my bottle of water. Instead of being a family size it was a large and instead of putting garlic on it they added anchovies which we would never order. The pizza was ordinary to say the least, lucky to be luke warm, bloody horrible!

- Look, the pizzas are absolutely fantastic,there is no doubting that, but there customer service is non existent. Ive ordered 6 pizzas from them since i moved around the corner from them a few months ago, and every single order has had some sort of drama or delay attached to it. Examples, wrong pizzas made,please wait another 20 mins, didnt receive order from eat now, wait 30 mins, text telling me pizzas will be 45 mins, followed by a phone call to say sorry they will be 20 mins, then get there and wait another 20 mins, and last but not least, last night they tried to charge me for my free loyalty order "6th pizza free" and we had a 15 min argument about it in the shop. I absolutely love their pizzas, but i dont think i can honestly bring myself to the point of ordering from there again as its just a shambles and stressful. Just honest feeback. I will go elsewhere from now on

- Fantastic authentic pizza. Yes I can get a Dominos around the corner for $5, but I prefer the taste of a real pizza because I am over bland cardboard with barely any toppings, That isnt Pizza, THIS IS PIZZA. Love this place!

- Driver could not find my house despite several phone calls, he kept insisting he was out the front of my house , even while I was standing on my lawn telling him he wasn't. When he finally did find my house we discovered he had forgotten our Nutella pizza which was disappointing and my spaghetti was very watery and lacked in any taste. Will not be ordering again from here.
