- Speed of service was a little slow, waited nearly an hour & a half for our order. Once it arrived, the fried food we had ordered was cold and hard! Especially the squid & soft shell crab!

- It took an hour for our food to get to us, on a Thursday night, and when the driver did eventually call to say he was at our house, he wasn't there and we couldn't figure out what house he was at.
Then when the food did come it was awful. The worst Japanese food I've ever had. The chicken karaage was reallly salty and the rice was all clumpy. Nothing was really enjoyable to eat everything was either average or below average. - Vita
