- 2 hours from point of order to delivery. Made two phone calls to the restaurant in this time and couldn't recieve an update on the order. Pizzas arrived lukewarm. Second time this has occured so will not be using this service again.

- Over 35 minutes late and still waiting for my order to arrive, No call or text from them as to a delay called them did not answer my call the first time and when tbey did was no offer of compensation for the delay wtf Rocky's!

- Delivery was very slow. I understand that it was a busy Friday night, but the food arrived almost 45 minutes after the indicative time, so over an hour and a half from the point of order. Either the delivery times should be adjusted to accurately reflect the wait time, or the delivery service needs to be improved.

- Food took ages to be delivered cold! 7 minute drive from shop to house so not far. When it finally arrived the Pizza was rubbish, oily, no flavour and overlooked. Garlic Beead was 3/10. DONT BOTHER when Alice Springs has so many other pizza shops!
