- Order was late & pasta was overcooked & dry. There was no creamy sauce, just oily butter in the bottom of the container. I had a few bites & threw the rest away. Usually very good. Very disappointed.

- I order from Adriano's regularly, and keep coming back for more. Tonight however I was very disappointed and feel the team perhaps dropped the ball a little.
I ordered the matriciana, however tonight there seems to have been little - to no - Napoli sauce. This made the pasta dry and unsatisfying. The pizza also wasn't very hot when it arrived (although I will admit, the delivery estimate was spot-on!)
Normally it's really yummy - so maybe next time it will be back to what I'm used to ;) - Ben

- Delivery took 80 minutes - for some pasta and a salad 10 minutes down the road! I had to call up.

- Firstly, the messed up our order by forgetting not one but two ingredients on the supreme pizza (missing both olives and prawns). I called to point this out and was offered a replacement... but oddly no apology.
I accepted and was told it would be there soon.
It never arrived. So thanks Adriano's for not only forgetting two ingredients on our pizza when there is literally a list of them in store that takes up almost an entire wall (must be hard to miss) but then lying about fixing it. Cheers. - Nicki

- pizza arrived 15 minutes then quoted time which was nice for a Friday night. Pizza itself was very sloppy, the toppings fell off when you picked up the pizza. Also they had forgot the prawns.

- Delivery was on time. Pizza was ok. ordered a large with the lot and added some extras. Paid $1 for Prosciutto which i did not get, paid $1 for garlic which i did not get, was meant to come with prawns which ended up being a total of 5 tiny shrimp (which are not prawns) on the entire pizza. Pretty disappointed. Not as good as last time

- This is our regular pizza place. The pizza is normally good quality and they get the orders right.
We have had one negative experience of our order being incorrect and the delivery being an hour late with the pizza cold - I called to complain and the only compensation offered was a free bottle of coke for our NEXT order... which was not particularly good customer service. - Naomi

- Delivered on quoted time. Made alterations to pizzas and all were made what was a nice change. base cooked well. Considering there is over 30 pizza places that will deliver to me within the area, competition is high. Adrianos is not just value for money but a high competitor against the "gourmet" restaurants. Happy for my first order.
