- The quality of chicken pizzas was good. Vegetarian pizza was totally off. The restaurant refused to accept it back and were non receptive to the feedback. Won't recommend due to customer service.

- Have to say the meal was very dry and over salty, Im guessing the soy sauce was marinated and cooked for too long, there was no taste of honey and no moisture left. My partner couldn't eat hers. Perhaps the ribs would of been better boiled with the sauce being added later. I will never order this meal again.

- I ordered from here on two occasions and it's hit and miss.
Quality:
pasta - terrible, for the tomato based sauces they have just dumped a whole jar full of commercial tomato paste in on top of the pasta (also commercial, hardly el dente and also soupy), it was way too salty, and even added inappropriate spices. The salmon pasta had tinned smoke salmon and a whole jar's worth of capers in with tomato paste, I couldn't finish it. I wouldn't call this pasta, in a restaurant I would send this back. The creamy pastas are a little better.
Ribs: again, way too salty, also too tough.
Gelato: interesting, not too bad.
Salad and Corn: good enough.
Wedges: 50% of the wedges were burned to black.
Speed: took 1 hour from ordering to delivering to Westmead.
Value: it's slightly cheaper than elsewhere but I ended up throwing half of the food out and feeling disappointed, and had to drink a lot of water to not feel the thirst from all that salt (it's so salty that it was bitter and stun). Overall, I think it's not good value. 1/5 - Jamie

- The Santorini pizza was off either the pinenut or the feta cheese, when I called up they weren't receptive to feedback. Base of the pizza was burnt or cooked too much that it was black.

- The service provided by eat now was adequate. The pizzas consisted of fresh ingredients with a good amount of topping and arrived within the specified time allocated. The offer of 25% discount for 1st time users is a wrought. my order was $40 and when the discount was applied it altered to $37.25 ! last time I went to school 25% of 40 meant a $10 saving.
