The owners are a husband and wife duo with 25 years of cooking experience back in their homeland of Sicily. They use wood fired ovens and traditional recipes to bring the real taste of Italy to Australia. The extensive menu offers something for everyone including vegetarian and gluten-free choices. - I will continue to order pizza's from here but perhaps not such large orders. I ordered 7 pizza's for a party and hey! they got here 20 minutes early... but they were all slightly soggy and in my opinion just a little under cooked.
In general though I do think Ciao Belli does the best Pizza's in Balgowlah and this is a 1 off average review. - Billy

- Rays is the best pizza and great service. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about Eat Now service. First the app crashed my phn. Could not use the offers that were sent through then it said pizza would be ready for pickup in 70mins when I fact it was ready in 20mins. Thankfully I rang Rays to check they had the order. Will ring direct in future.

- We regularly order pizza's to take away from Ray's and have never been disappointed before however on this occasion we picked the pizza up at the requested time (10mins after order) and it was cold.

- Everybody loves Rays! This is our regular pizza place for Manly delivery. For info, the delivery people usually struggle with finding us, which can be a pain, but once we've taken a phone call or gone outside to find them, the pizzas are great!
