- Rice Paper Rolls were dry and hard, the banh mi was nice, the duck pancakes were decent, the panna cotta was mediocre and the chicken plate was fairly decent. Overall it was okay. Speed was good and staff were nice too.

- Unfortunately the order was wrong. We received chicken satay instead of prawn and green apple rice paper rolls. Also, there were tabs stating that the food needing reheating. This was not a great option being that we don't own a microwave. All this being said, the ban was nice.

- Great discount offered (35%). 65 minute wait (which you'd expect on a Friday night going from Victoria st to Sth Yarra). Delivery guy arrives and hands me the food and sees the rice pudding has melted (it was on top of all the hot dumplings). Apologises and offers me a refund of $7.50. Totally unexpected and a nice surprise. Until I realise that they had forgotten one of the ordered dumpling dishes. So I guess we're about square. The dumplings were tasty though. I'd skip the rice pudding next time though

- Quick delivery, lots of sauces to accompany food which was nice, Pho arrives ready to assemble which is great. The pork pan fried wontons are nice, the gluten free spring rolls were something different and a nice flavour, and the meat platter of pork, duck, and chicken was nice. I gave it 30 seconds in the frypan to crisp up!

However, Pho n Roll, your 'Brisket Pho' was disappointing. I was extremely disappointed to find a bowl with lots of noodles and only a few pieces of beef! You were very stingy and this makes you unprofessional not caring about making customers happy.
Because of your lack of professionalism and lack of customer service, we won't be ordering from you and instead we will look for another place to get our takeaway pho. - SUsan

- Disappointed. The Roti bread was stale, had hardened and was cold. The pho soup was missing all the flavour and "happiness" that pho normally possesses. I didn't even get the pork spring rolls that I ordered, that were on the receipt mind you, so I can't even review them. And we asked for a "mild" massaman curry and it was what we would've thought to be "hot" that the whole meal was uneatable. I tried to call Pho n Roll over 5 times to follow up on why I didn't recieve my spring rolls and the phone continued to ring out and then hang up on me time after time. After not being able to get onto them, I called eat now to give my feedback and was waiting for them to try and get through to Pho n Roll and it would've appeared even eat now couldn't get on to them. I was thoroughly disappointed. The whole order went in the bin and then we had to order food elsewhere because we were still so hungry!

- The fresh spring rolls were delicious and the pho coming in separate containers to make it freshly at home is a great idea, though might not suit everyone. We loved both the crispy pork and prawn pho and the chicken pho.

- Our meal took an hour and a half to get to us and then when it did it was missing a meal. We tried calling them multiple times but unfortunately they did not pick up their phone. So we are never ordering from here again as we got ripped off and ended up sharing my meal with 2 people.

- Disappointing experience as my first time. The chicken skewers meal did not come as a meal, only 2 skewers and nothing else, requested for no chilli and my ban mi (roll) had chilli. Duck pancakes were tasty but so small and rice paper rolls were on point, best part. Disappointed and the delivery took 1 hour as they said.

- It's nice, it is what it says, but cmon - Vietnamese street food, consisting of noodles, stock soup and a few bits and bobs shouldn't cost the price of a small counties gdp.... Anyhow - can't fault the food for being food and having taste but I did expect some miracle of flavour to explode inside my head after paying $$$ for magi beef 2 min noodles and some beef from a can....arrived - eventually, quality was good but value look elsewhere
