- I added extra beef balls in my Pho but it wasn’t included. So I called to the store and explained it but the staff said ‘so what are we going to do now?’ She said she would check it with kitchen staff and call me back but she didn’t. No apologize, no refund. It was only 2 dollars I paid more so I could understand if they apologize to me but they made me upset because they’re customer service was worst. Food is good but service is terrible. I would like to give this store zero star if I could do.

- Came 10 mins earlier than expected, it was warm, and had to be reheated then the cost was a bit over priced but the taste and quality was SO amazing that the negatives didn't even matter!! Would definitely buy from there again. Sometimes it pays off to be spontaneous and order on a whim!

Last night, my order was muddled up!
Anyone can make a mistake and it is how they deal with it that matters.
Within 40 mins of my phone call telling them about the mistake my correct meal was delivered.

- Delivery earlier than advised. Pork dumplings were delicious, as were duck steamed bao. Hard to find places that do banh mi at dinnertime so was thrilled that it was so tasty and well-priced!
