- A bit dissapointed with this order as last time they were great. Cheese contained no cheese. Chicken Mughlai contained Cashews that were not listed in the description of the item, I thought with the prevalence of allergy suffers this should have been standard. Also the two dishes say that they come with Saffron rice, didn't get any

- Delivery was fast (ordered at lunchtime) but definitely wasn't value for money. Ordered the onion bhaji (which were burnt and all I could taste was flour) and the fish malabar (which was meant to be served with saffron rice - didn't get any). The fish malabar was purely sauce with 6 (I counted them) chunks of fish. Definitely won't be ordering again

- Butter chicken was delicious. Menu said the mains come with rice so I didn't order any, but then didn't receive any with my delivery. So bit of a pain as had to cook my own, but yummy nonetheless.

- The food was tasty BUT it took almost 2 hours for my food to arrive, one of the main dishes was wrong, the food had spilled in the bag while being delivered and the delivery driver didn't use GPS to find my house.
The food from the Chilli Cottage doesn't need improving but their customer service definitely does. I use EatNow for speed, convenience & reliability and Chilli Cottage failed on all three. - Richard

- Extremely disappointed with 'The Golden Flame' Indian last night. I have ordered them in the past and was quite happy the last few times but last night every dish was terrible. we ordered seven dishes as we had friends over. Every dish was half full of sauce and only a couple of pieces of meat in each so they could not be shared. Everyone was extremely disappointed. The vindaloo sauce was mild and the prawns did not seem quite right so everyone decided not to eat them. The fish dish literally did not have pieces of fish just fish sauce. The salad which I have ordered several times before was without dressing and only a fourth of the container was full!I will never be ordering them again. Very disappointing!

- Long time customer and food has been consistently fresh, hot, fast and delicious. But...Last 2 orders have been long delivery, cold food, tough meat and bland in flavour. I feel there has been a change in chef and/or management and this is being reflected in the quality. We will give them one more chance and if the we get the same poor service and quality we will try elsewhere. I sincerely hope Golden Flame can sort themselves out and return to their previous level of quality and service.

- Sorry to say that that was the worst Indian I have ever had. The Rogan Josh was flavourless, Naan not garlicy at all, onion baaji burnt and crispy, even the complementary papadoms were stale. Safe to say I will not be ordering from here again.

- 1/2 hour late so a bad start. Chicken korma medium was way to spicy for my wife, it was hotter/more spicy than my extra hot madras! So she ate 1 mouthful and that was all. Madras was ok, but no heat.

- Delivery was 40 minutes late, the driver pulled into my driveway, kept doing and drove straight over my plastic retaining garden bed and snapped it into pieces, then tried to say it wasn't him, unfortunately for him I have it all on camera!
Rang the restaurant, spoke to the owner and he said he would come by and take a look and make sure the damage was fixed..
Haven't seen or heard anything from them, so I guess another approach is needed - EMIL

- YUM!!! Took about 45 minutes on a Sat night which is good I think. I think the value for money is good and the food was really delicious, butter chicken was super tasty! Unfortunately the curry sauce had spilled into the bag so maybe glad wrapping the curries is needed, but other than that I was very happy and will order again :-)

- Normally outstanding food, my wife's korma was a bit too spicy for her but I enjoyed it but the main problem was the time it took. Text arrived saying 25 minutes but it took an hour and a half! Not like the usual golden flame. Maybe it was because it was our 9th order, our free one?

- I have tried all the others so thought i would try this restaurant. Being open before the others is a plus, prices seem like good value, delivery was on time... but the food was not so good.
- Naan Bread was soggy and oily
- Butter chicken looks and tastes a little like something i would have made from a packet mix..
- Each container was mainly sauce with minimum chicken.
The driver was really nice so i feel guilty for writing a bad review, however the quality of perth take out for the price needs to step it up a bit as it is terrible compared to the east coast. - Nic
