Curry was great.
Unfortunately the order took over 2 hours to arrive and that was without papadams that were included and Rice (apparently they had run out) that was paid for.
After 2 phone calls this was admitted (first advised rice was still on the way) and Sandi offered next order for free (interested to see how that holds up).
Food was great; communication, speed and service well below average.

35 minutes late in delivery, which was already 1 hour to begin with. The food was tepid and tasted awful. Butter chicken had a big lump of gristle in it and the garlic naan was limp, soggy and cold. I had about 2 mouthfuls and then tossed the lot out. Will not be ordering from them again!!!

Said it would only take 25mins to arrive but it took just under a hour 😞. Nan bread was very soggy and unpleasant, only got 6 largishpieces of chicken in my butter chicken. Butter chicken tasted good.

Prices were fine and so was home delivery. However food was VERY BLAND. I was thinking just this as my son voiced exactly the same thought. We normally order from Royal Shalimar but they were closed and so we thought we'd give the new local joint a shot. Sorry we did. Won't make this mistake again. Almost tasteless and watered down food.
