- The food was not the reason why the rating given is 2 stars. The confirmation of order received via text listed the puck up up time in 70 min after the order, however on arrival to pick it up, the pizzas were already waiting for 20 minutes. It was cold!

- Just wanted to say thank you for consistently great service and amazing pizza - we just made an order tonight and we were accidentally given a can of coke instead of a bottle and we rang up to report the mistake and the staff member I talked to was very polite and said there was no problem sending someone back with a bottle or we could have store credit. Since we didn't want to inconvenience anyone any further we opted to store credit but you guys send someone back with a bottle regardless and let us keep the can which was very nice of you!
Also once before we ordered garlic bread and instead were given garlic pizza (which was more expensive) as there was no garlic bread. The delivery guy was really apologetic which was unnecessary considering we were getting a more expensive item on the menu!
Just wanted to say thank you, we have just moved to Lane Cove earlier this year and we've never been disappointed by Zapparellis. Thank you for the fantastic service :) And the pizzas are incredible too! We hope to be loyal customers for many years to come. - Jane

- The eat now concept is rubbish. I made my online order at 6.30pm, I didn't receive an SMS for twenty minutes, the SMS informed me my pizza was 60 minutes away, so it was an hour and a half until I got the pizza I ordered. Next time I'll telephone the pizza place and save myself half an hour. Online ordering doesn't work.
