- I don't like the food or professionalism of staff from this place. I had an order delivered from this business. Very poor quality and rude delivery driver.
Let's start with the delivery driver. I get a phone call from delivery driver to come to the road to pick up my order. I mentioned to him just come through the gate to the front door. He states he's not coming in to my property to deliver the food and that I have to go out to meet him on the road if I wanted my food. Why pay a delivery fee if this is that case? Not a good start.
Now to the food. Unfortunately the food was nothing like what was stated in the menu details.
The pasta was just spaghetti with not a sign of the luscious seafood that they state was in the dish. The chicken Caesar salad had no chicken that I paid extra for and there was no dressing on the salad. The seafood pizza I ordered was just ok but I paid for an extra topping of prawns and scallops which did not look like they had been added. What a rip off.
When I Picked up the meals from the driver I asked could I please have the receipt. He stated to me why I needed it. I replied because I want it and I have paid for this meal. He reluctantly gave it to me with a bad attitude.
I ordered from this place because they were offering a first time discount thinking if the food was good this may be a regular order. No chance I'll order from here again.
I called the business to make a complaint about the food that was delivered and was basically abused and told I was a liar.

- Great pizza, so tasty. I wouldn't get the pasta again, it tasted exactly like what I would make at home with packet pasta and a jar of sauce. I was sad that the salmon, creamy pasta is no longer available, that was really nice.

- Sadly disappointed, I find these guys hit or miss,last time I ordered everything was out of this world, I wrote a raving review. This time while visiting Brisbane (ordered same meal) it took 2 hours to deliver, pizzas cold and dry with raw uncooked potato that was indedable and had to be removed,paid extra for cashews but was instead was charged for 4 half walnuts.what topped it off was the delivery driver turning up with no change - with intention, no apology for the delay and I had no choice but to tip him $10 as I was running an hour late already going out and did not have time for him to go back down 10 levels, walk to his car and check if he had change. If your delivering to someone whose paying cash and your an hour late, bring change, very disrespectful. Waste if $50.

- Not overly happy. Order took longer than 60 minutes to arrive. When it did I received phone call for me to come outside onto street to pick up instead of delivery to my door. The food was cold and required heating. This is first time I have been unhappy with this Donini's.
