- 1 star is too much. Terrible customer service. Rude, inconsistent and blatant excuse making. Offered a discount after stuffing up last order. I have now rung twice to order with the discount and he is clearly not interested in giving the discount and has some poor excuse every time. Seriously tired of the awful service. He is not interested in feedback. Will not go back. I wouldn't bother if I were you. AWFUL.

- I love donini's! Their pizza is always incredible. I had one issue with my last order, there was bacon on one of our vegetarian pizzas. But that won't stop me from going back, I hope this feedback will prevent the bacon making it onto the wrong pizza :)

- Seriously don't bother. Pizza is sometimes ok,but looks thrown together with no care whatsoever. Customer service is shocking. Ordered all vegetarian and got all meat. Did not even read the order. Remade and delivered pretty quickly with barely an apology and no offer to compensate. I will not go back.

- The food was great, but the customer service was seriously lacking.
Pre ordered for delivery at 5:30, received the confirmation text from eat now advising the venue had confirmed. 6:10 rolls around and still no food - call Doninis who put the phone down for 5 minutes to "find my order", then come back and say it was scheduled for 6:30, we argued and they said they would pop it in now - he then just hung up on me without another word. Delivery didn't arrive until 6:50.
The delivery driver passed me the food and just walked away without a word - no greeting, no confirmation that I was the one who ordered, no apology.
Spoke to eat now who were absolutely fantastic and confirmed the original details and order delivery - they apologised and passed the feedback onto the venue to try ensure it doesn't occur again.
I won't order from doninis again, unless I plan on having a terrible evening with crap service but good food.

- Pasta was decent size serving and quite nice.. perhaps lacking in flavour a tad, a pinch of parmesan would've been perfect. Pizza was on the smaller side, but quite tasty..Overall worth a try!

- Order was 30 minutes late. Phoned store to see what delay was and coldly told it was coming. Wouldn't have minded so much if food was good but the pizzas had very little topping and were cold and awful. Will never order from Donini's again.

- I wasn't sure what star rating to leave tbh. I ordered at 2pm on a Saturday and delivery was 60mins. The pizzas were maybe a bit small and I had ordered caviar on one pizza (because why not) but I just couldn't see it. I did get free cheese bread which wasn't outstanding (maybe add a little salt or garlic or Parmesan to give it some flavour?) but the pizzas were delicious. Really tasty and seemed like super fresh ingredients.

- Tasty stuff this pizza - I got the family special (3 x large pizzas for $39.95) in supremo, pepperoni and BBQ chicken. It got annihilated by me and 2 mates over a couple of beers. Great deal, even better pizza.

- The rancho pizza was overcooked and underwhelming. The bbq chicken pizza was great. I didnt get a text from the store tellung me when to pickup my order. I phoned them and the guy said they were overrun with orders but that my pizza aas alrwady cooked anxcwait ok ng gor me.
