- Normally I love this place, my housemates and I order from here fairly reguarly and get what we want usually 10minutes earlier than we are told.
However, last night, Monday 12th June, a housemate did their regular order. When it arrived the pizza was the wrong size and cold, they rang up to tell them the pizza delivered was the wrong size and the man that answered the phone wouldn't listen to their complaint before telling her she was wrong.
This experience has caused my housemate to decide that she will not be ordering from Oasis again and after seeing this go down, I'm unsure if I want to order from here as well. - Jayne

- The pizza arrived 2 hours and 13 minutes after I placed the order. I called the restaurant multiple times and they said they would have the manager call me back, but they never did. The pizza was cold when it arrived. Very dissatisfied, and they definitely lost our business.

- Pretty dodgy really. The pizzas had obviously been tipped because they were all curled on one side and the cheese had stuck to the roof of the box. I paid extra for avocado but only got three blobs of it on an entire family pizza. Most probably won't be ordering from here again.
