- I have moved now and Naples is (sadly) out of my reach on eatnow, however the food here is lovely. I actually prefer the pasta dishes (though the pizza is very tasty). Alfredo fettuccine was excellently balanced and the meat lasagne was simply great.

- I orHey peeps just a reminder if you are coming you need to bring a plate of food as we aren't wealthy enough to cater for everyone. Perhaps comment on this post as to what you are thinking of bringing that would be great. Will need meats, salads, snack food (dips and cheese?). dered delivery on Sunday evening and deliberately ordered over $45 to get the free garlic bread offered through this site. I even mentioned it in the delivery comments but it didn't come with my order. And when I went to eat the pizza it was not what I ordered and the store had closed so I couldn't call then and there. Now I have worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years mainly in hospitality so I understand people make mistakes. When I was prompted to write a review I thought I'd give the courtesy of calling them to let them know what happened and was treated so poorly by the male staff member answering the phone that I paused the snarky response I was receiving to let him know that I was calling out of courtesy and he accused me of trying to blackmail him. I have never been so offended or even witnessed such horrendous customer service. It is a shame as I do believe Naples makes great food.

- I hadn't ordered from Naples for at least 6 months due to poor service. I had rung and complained that time however my complaints fell on deaf ears and I was offered a half hearted sorry, and hung up feeling like I was a pest rather than being heard. Buoyed by recent reviews though I felt like perhaps I should give them another go as their pizza is quite tasty. I ordered the pizza without cheese due to allergies. Imagine my shock when the pizza arrived with cheese on it. i didn't bother ringing them and complaining because I knew it wouldn't be taken seriously and who wants to wait another hour for it to be delivered? I just simply won't order from them again. We ended up finding something else to eat. all in all it was just really disappointing, and I even second guessed myself - having to check my order to ensure I did in all actuality remove the cheese - and I did. Just, really disappointing.

- Amazing customer service. Their eftpos machine was out at the time we came to pick up our order which happens so we had to get cash out. when we came back they gave us a desert. The food was amazing!

- Nothing wrong with Naples Pizzeria. The food is delicious. But eatnow.com.au was a complete frigging disaster. Since you can't submit a review without giving a star rating, and since it seems a 0 star rating isn't an option, I guess I have to give it a 1 star rating, We ordered online at 6.19pm. The email and text message from Eatnow, complete with booking reference number, said our food would be delivered within 60 mins. We rang the restaurant at 7.43pm and again at 8.09pm. On the second call, and presumably on closer inspection, they told us they never received the order from Eatnow. Mind you, Eatnow managed to take the money off my credit card about a millisecond after I ordered. Just a bit disappointing about the lack a food.

- We order from Naples Pizzeria often and continue to go back because the pizzas are consistently good. This night we ordered 4 pizzas for an office xmas do and all the pizzas were really appreciated by everyone. no leftovers which was a pity!

- Very disappointed... Last time I ordered the service was fanstastic! This time it was 30 minutes late, my pizza, garlic bread and even my rib fillet were all burnt very badly and all completely black at the bottom. So dissapointing for a $55 order! Not impressed! Having ordered so many times before I definately am not impressed with the service. I had to call three times to find out that my order was despatched and no apologies for waiting nearly an hour and half for my order. I have always given Naples such high recommendation but so dissaponted!

- $21 for a chicken schnitzel that was the same consistency as the sole of a boot - For that kind of money I expect a piece that's quite large, thick and juicy - We were very disappointed with it. We will not purchase it again. The containers of pasta weren't filled all the way. The marinara, whilst tasty, only had whole (frozen) shrimp, there were no chunks of other seafood (I think the other seafood was processed). We ordered fettuccini and were given penne. The garlic bread was the same as the ones that you get from the frozen food aisle at the grocery store. All of the above is not what you'd expect from a quality Italian restaurant. The delivery guy had absolutely no interest in providing small talk, interest in what he was doing, or even a smile.

Thanks for your feedback. Naples Pizzeria are dismayed to see your review and dispute that your tiramisu had mould on it. Tiramisu is traditionally covered in cocoa powder- this may be what you're mistaking for mould.
