- The customer service was awful and felt rushed...He tried to cut me short when I double checked the order via phone and was rude. He forgot to tell me they don't have the dessert I ordered after confirming the order...and left it out of my order after I had already paid for it, then I rang back and was promised I could have another dessert for free if I went back to pick it up...and they still gave me the wrong dessert...never again!

- Ordered from here because the reviews were good and the menu looked really good too, but the food that arrived didn't match. Everything arrived in about 45 minutes (ETA was 60 mins). Ordered pepperoni pizza, ricotta ravioli ragu, cassata and caramel surprise. The pizza was pretty chewy and quite oily, and when I picked up a slice, all the topping just slid off. It wasn't very nice and after 1 piece, I'm not sure I want anymore. The ragu was okay, not great. The ravioli was a little stuck together/looked and tasted like the stuff out of the supermarket - I thought I was getting homemade food from the look & feel of the menu for this place. The cassata was okay but a bit icy instead of creamy. And the caramel surprise was really poor - the "ice cream" was like a really cheap icy pole from the supermarket, not creamy at all, and very icy with little flavour, the "caramel" inside it I'm still unsure what it was - tasted floury, the chocolate was really poor quality and unappealing as well. I wouldn't order again from here. Between the higher than average cost and store bought items, I could get the same from Coles or Woolies for a quarter of the price.
