- Usually I give Nikos 5 stars... However, the delivery took too long (about 100 minutes, estimate was 60) to ignore in the review. Food, as always - was fantastic! Still highly recommend them, as my other half dozen orders from them were delivered on-time.

Calamari:- soggy batter barely cooked with a Revolting thick white sauce. (Not eaten)
Souvalaki:- Iam 99% sure the pork is off. The wrap was soggy, and cold. (Not eaten)
Dessert: Completely disappointing, the only nice thing was the dates that come with.
All this food is Disgusting.
I cannot believe that I wasted my money on this place.
Never again will I bother.
Delivery was slow. Was suppossed to be 60 mins, took much longer. The driver got lost, instead of calling me, just drove around looking. - Morgan

- TERRIBLE SERVICE, RUDE STAFF. Delivery was 30 mins late even though the restaurant charges $12 delivery fee. When I called to query where my food was the staff were rude, unapologetic and food arrived cold. Not impressed at all

- Our delivery arrived in a short time than estimated, excellent! I love the dinner pack, was just a bit disappointed with the vegetable mix, maybe too many different types was the main .. skip the brocholli & tomato maybe, & stick more to the eggplant, capsicum & potato or pumkin. The seafood mix, & dips were wonderful, as was the desert 'Sweet Tooth' selection

- Good speed - approx 30 mins. However bag of chips fell apart when I opened it as the paper was soaked through with grease. Same as souvlaki bag. Both souvlaki and chips were stone cold. I appreciate that things won't be super hot when they're being delivered but it was as if my food had been away from heat for over an hour it was that cold.

- Very disappointed in the serious drop of food quality since we last ordered from here. Their Baklava pastry was badly burnt yet they still served it and charged for it even though it was inedible. I used to go out of my way for their chicken skewers but this last order the meat was very fatty and full of gristle & skin (thigh used when used to be breast meat) and the serving portion was dramatically smaller. Would need to know things had improved before I went back as their food quality has seriously dropped off.

- Delivered half an hour late and after two phone calls. Delivery driver was pulled over on his was to delivery. Food was cold and needed to be re heated but was hungry so we ate it. No apology from driver and little communication from reataurant

- 1hr 1/2 delivery time after saying under an hour followed by cold food, chips were wet and prawns were covered in raw batter after saying "Grilled". Nikos, you used to be my favourite, granted your salads are still good but I won't be ordering again. I'm sorry guys.

- Twenty minutes late (delivery estimated at an hour, arrived 80 minutes after placing my small order - on a Tuesday midday!), Seafood is horrific (do not order the seafood dinner pack), half of the order wasn't edible! Calamari was tough as rubber, couldn't be eaten. It seemed like it was leftover from the night before? Strange flavor, not quite right. Arrived cold and soggy, the chips were whatever was leftover, there were some wedges in there to pad it out, definitely reheated at least once, dry as heck - choking hazard and a half. Delivery driver didn't acknowledge the wait and could do to smile or at least make an attempt.
I don't mind waiting for quality, I'm happy enough to overlook A LOT if there's any customer service (surely a smile and apology won't set you back). No quality and no friendly service though, I'd rather go hungry than order again - Jace

- Saganaki was awesome... Oysters Kilpatrick fantastic. Only criticism is that the dip/mash needs to have a lid on it, as we don't really like it, would prefer tartare sauce, and it tends to spill over the calamari and chips
