- When it comes to food i am extremely picky on every little things specially when i am paying for it.
I have had lots of food from lots of restaurants in the past but i hated as they werent value for money and not even close to my liking.
But these guys here at Blacktown Thai seems to be ticking all my boxes with their deliciously prepared food. I dont say this very often but here goes. Your foods are amazing. The balance is there spice, chilli, jam, sauce, veg, chicken etc etc. The flavours is everywhere, Eating their food literally takes you to a journey to heaven.
Guys your food is awesome, i have seen a lot of people starts their businesses in food. But at first their food are good but as they start making money, they start becoming stingy and start to ignore their customers taste. I request you guys not to change at all. not even a single bit. stay as you are. - Shameem

- No star absolutely awful. Food was cold - seemed like it was heated up from woolworths or coles. When we complained they were rude and dismissive. I definitely do not believe this restaurant is worthy of any positive feedback. Ripped off!!!

- Probably the worst pad Thai I've ever eaten lol... Mooshy over cooked rice noodles, can see that old probably rotten vegetables were used as well. Big let down.

- The food arrived 70 mins after I ordered. It was cold and is sitting in my fridge. The worst takeaway I have ever bought. Their signature dish was so spicy and unidentifiable to my eyes. The servings were meagre and did not fill the container. It was inedible as a whole and I after this first time will ever order from them again. I must have got the leftover Sunday night dregs of food!

- Order took well over an hour to be delivered. When it did eventually arrive the food was below average, which is being polite. Beef salad, the pieces of beef could have been used as a frisbee, they were rock hard, almost no flavor to the dressing!! Pad Thai had big chunks of red onion through it. Masaman beef, overcooked, beef was dry even though it was swimming in the sauce. Overall every single dish lacked flavor & was barely warm which is not what I expect from this restaurant. Have ordered before & was previously impressed. This was extremely disappointing & doubt I'll return again. Too many negative things on this occasion.

- My only issue is we asked for mild which was 1 chilli for our meals but that was not what we got it was so hot i couldn't even finish or enjoy my food as my throat was on fire and i have had that meal plenty of times before and it has never been that spicy.
