- After many times ordering from Mama's Kitchen, this was the first time we'd had any problems. Part of the order was not delivered, and the pizza was not what was ordered. Having said that, Mama's sent over the missing item, then a fresh pizza as ordered as well as a free additional dessert. The customer service was perfect, as usual, once the mistakes had been amended, and the quality of course is always fantastic.

- Pluses and negatives. Ordered pizzas and dessert. Base pizza flavours were great and well cooked, but too light on toppings (< 1 piece of salamii per slice), meaning both pizzas tasted very similar. Berry semifreddo was quite good, but the topping was sickly sweet and gluggy. Home delivered exactly on time, so the service was great. Overall, though, better than the last pizza I ordered in the area.
