- We ordered on line a seafood pizza and a special. The menu said prawns so we expected prawns not shrimps. I added pineapple and paid to have pineapple but there was none on the special pizza. There website also said they would sms approx delivery time but instead they just rocked up. We weren't ready for it at all. A heads up would have been appropriate and courteous. Very dissatisfied and still looking for a great pizza place

- The Cheesy Garlic Pizza was awful. It was too salty and too spicy. The pizza was not as tasty as I would have liked and the cheesecake was still frozen when I received it and did not taste good at all. I had to throw out most of what I ordered. All together a complete waste of money, especially as I had to pay $5.00 for delivery. I will not be buying anything from this shop again.

- Will not be going back and strongly advise not to dine here! I ordered the baked potato, waited 20mins over the pick up time I received to pick it up, my husband watched them make it and the potato was cooked in the microwave! Wouldn't have expected to buy a meal that was microwaved! I called the restaurant, the man did not take any responsibility and blamed eat now about the waiting time and that I should have called the restaurant to know the time it will be ready which is ridiculous I have never had to call a place to ask when my food will be ready! He said the potato was put in the pizza oven then the microwave then the pizza oven again which does not make any sense! he was very rude so I was naturally rude back. When I opened it, the potato was actually half raw! Disgusting and completely inedible! Food is not good and customer service is bad!

- use to love the pizzas but gone down hill now lst few times ordered the pizza didnt seem to be cooked enough was soggy and the taste with Hawaiian completely changed maybe new sauce but not as good

- Took 1 hour and 10 minutes to deliver and was cold on arrival. The spaghetti bolognaise was horrible. A very small amount of over cooked pasta floating in a very sweet tomato sauce, couldnt find any meat in it, rather uneatable.

- It took more than an hour to deliver the pizza because the driver did not know where he was going. By the time he got to the destination everything was not fresh anymore. Also, we ordered lasagne and we expected to have cutleries with it but nothing.

- The quality wasn't great. bolognese seemed to consist of over cooked spaghetti with microwaved diced tomotatoes as the pasta sauce. The lasagne wasn't much better. For almost $10 each was highly over priced. The baked potato was bland and dry plus was missing ingredients. The potato skins were ok. After waiting over an hour the family were very disappointed with their meals. Hopefully it was just a bad night. Tried calling and the phone was engaged.
