- It took an hour and fifteen minutes to arrive, it was Luke warm, average base with average toppings, I ordered a Vesuvio. And the garlic bread was soggy. I live a 5 minute drive from the establishment, not impressed.

- Is there any acceptable reason to not address a customer's complaints? I phoned regarding items left off our order and was told I could expect a call from the manager the next day. Nothing. Messaged them again several days later to see what the hold up was. Still nothing. This is so silly because for something that was a mild irritation on the night, its escalated to something really annoying. Its a shame because we liked their pizza but are so disappointed in the lack of customer service we wont be ordering again.

- The pizzas, as usual, were outstanding. However, it was VERY disappointing to arrive 20 min after ordering to be asked to pay extra as YOUR website had billed me incorrectly and to wait a further 15 min for the order to be cooked, as the restaurant wanted to sort out the $9 discrepancy before starting to cool the order. Highly unsatisfactory by both Eat Now and by the restaurant'
