- The chrystal prawns and pork, scallops, shiu mai were ok. Very disappointed in the honey scallops which were in a greaseproof paper bag (which all the coating stuck to). The beef veggie pan fried tasted a little odd. the ice cream was mass produced tiny wrappers of ice.

- The quality of the food is to dye for. We go here all the time. The customer service is amazing. The menu has a wide variety that you will never get bored of and I am just so pleased to have such a nice Chinese restaurant near me. There is a wide range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten free dishes and they cater for so many things it is amazing. I really love it there. Everyone should go it is amazing. I definitely recommend Lilly in the valley restaurant to everyone. It is beautifully done. Inside looks welcoming and it is amazing. I love dining in as they are always friendly and always willing to talk to you. They are also always willing to alter meals to make it to your taste. We love it there :)

- Unfortunately, my last order of Chicken Fried Rice contained pork and prawns which is disappointing.
I saying that, I have ordered a good handful of times from here. Nice dumplings and in general great food and service. Chinese sausage and the pork buns are great. The Shiu Mai is delicious. - Brad

- The food was good, though really didn't like the Veg Spring Rolls. Wouldn't have expected "Chinese" food to have peas and carrots mixed with potatoes wrapped into a spring roll wrapper and call it a Spring Roll; they were more like a veggie pastie! Aside from those the rest of the meals were really nice, though the Chaw Kuai Teow lacked some ingredients from what I'd expect (it was nice though).

- Dumplings ordered were to be steamed/boiled. Came pan fried and not hot. Fritters did not come with ice cream as stated, and did not receive my ice tea as ordered.

- Amazing! Chicken Ribs to die for. Spicy salt and pepper squid was fantastic. these two dishes should not be missed and due to a clever trick with the takeaway container they arrived still crispy. This shows that attention to detail is not missed by these guys and it certainly shows through in there cooking. Arguably the best Chinese takeaway in the area. Clean crisp flavours abound, utilising fresh and quality ingredients. 5 stars

- Have ordered around 12 times now and although 90% has been fantastic food there was a few deliveries we received that were just terrible, inedible muck. I know that's harsh but unfortunately it's true. Our last three orders have been just amazingly good so not sure what the issues have been but hopefully they have sorted them out.
Duck rolls are to die for as is the black pepper steak.
I would rather 90% of orders to be terrible rather than a place that was just average all the time. - Nick

- Love this restaurant...never a problem and always quick service...but after last night...NEVER AGAIN...I ordered online while out...daughter home and ordered after me without knowing...they got theres in hour...we got told hour...came 2 hours later and everything tasted absolutely disgusting...stuff over cooked or mushed...spent over $80...sadly driver heard the response but wasnt good enough...she said new young cooks...if the case fire them or wont have any customers left...an apology and half a refund or something wouldve been nice since were a loyal customer...definitely not loyal anymore...shame shame shame!!!

- Don't usually like to write bad reviews. I have ordered food from here several times. The very first time I bought food from Lilly, we requested my dishes to be vegan and one of the dishes came back with seafood. I called up and received a refund. Eaten a few times after that and no issues. But tonight I ordered online, commented for everything to be vegan. Was told they can make the fried rice without eggs but as soon as I got home and opened it up, it had eggs in it. The fact that it's happened twice now, don't trust them to go back. This rating is strictly based on these mistakes and not on their service or quality of the food.

- After speaking with the boss man and clearing up everything after he only just got back into shop and made some adjustments staff wise we tried another meal again and this time was back to good food...thank you muchly kevin im so glad staff adjustment was made to rectify not only the situation but definitely the food too so thank you ;)

- Delivery was 30 minutes later than the notification estimate. Sauce had leaked all through the bag and on the outside of the containers. The spring rolls were cold and had been squashed flat. Even though the main meals were tasty, customer experience was quite terrible. I will perhaps give them another try in case this was a once off poor service.
