- We ordered our meal earlier in the day for a 7:30pm pick up. When we arrived at the store just after 7:30pm, they couldn't locate our order and seemed almost surprised that we were there. They ended up pulling it out from under a counter (didn't seem to be in a fridge or under heating). Although the meal was fine, everyone who ate it had horrible food poisoning starting later that night and continuing for around a week. Horrible! We are never ordering from this store again, absolutely awful.

- Disappointing. SMS said one hour to pick up. When I got to the restaurant 5-10 minutes early the order was sitting in the takeaway area. The receptionist said it was 'still warm'. Had to microwave it to hot. Vegetarian fried rice had pork and prawns in it. Shallot pancakes very good but overall food average and wont be back.

- All meals ordered were vegetarian yet we recieved a dish that was a complete seafood dish and odd beats of meat scattered through our tofu. Good tofu though.. disappointing outcome .

- Spring rolls were much smaller than expected. However, the best satay we've come across and the lemon chicken was actually crispy. Also, very hot when delivered. A good meal overall.

- Terrible service gave our meal to someone else so said we had to wait 15 mins while they made us a new one waited 10 mins and the person came back with our original one and they gave us that one saying it was "still hot" asked if they were still making us a fresh one they said no chef says this one is fine. Barely even apologised will not be eating there again.

- Great customer service, but prices above average for fairly standard, familiarly tasting Chinese food. Much better asain flavors can be had within walking distance on Goodwood Rd, or even better with a few minutes drive to Gouger St.

- Used this system for the first time by ordering 3 items online. Received SMS advising that it would take 60 minutes before I could pick them up. I rang direct expressing my concern on the delay and staff bent over backwards to assist and said come now. It was ready as I entered the door. Apart from that little hitch the online system worked well.
