- Very nice pizzas with lots of toppings but I found the base to be very thick and bready , I was hoping for they would be the thinner wood-fired type of base. Also take note that because of the thickness and generous toppings these pizzas are extremely filling, can normally eat a whole pizza to myself but only got through 2 slices of this one.
The Garlic pizza was the best part, I would just order that next time and have it with a side salad. - Kerrin

- Pizza itself was great. Ordered online to be advised pizza would be ready in 40 mins but actually waiting another 40 in the shop is not satisfactory. When I arrived to collect, I advised girl that text from Eat Now stated 40 mins. She said "we're telling people at least an hour" and she then proceeded to cook our pizzas and garlic pizza which were waiting on the bench and advised me would be 10 minutes.
40 minutes later I again asked how much longer and was told that they had forgotten to cook garlic pizza (I saw them put it in with other pizzas so obviously they gave it away to someone else) and that I would have to wait another 10 minutes for the garlic pizza to cook.
I then requested to have my order without the garlic pizza that I paid for.
No offer to refund this, no apology for making me wait twice the time for the pizza than first advised. Appalling service.
Simple solution, advise when customer orders, that pizza will take 1.5 hours instead of 40 minutes! - Kylie
